Taking a hands on approach we were able to work at pace delivering outcomes of reduced debt and expenses, a 2,500 reduction in the work force, reducing labor costs by 25%, whilst opening a further 120 outlets, within six months.
The company created a Group Board Structure with a new governance model and invested in upgraded talent in key roles, such as marketing, HR, finance, IT, and legal. New sub committees were put in place to have tactical and operational oversight, with agreed KPI’s and operating rhythm.
We assigned key teams to deal with each area ensuring all legal aspects of the changes were both culturally acceptable and commercially viable. We supported changes with clear communication and regular updates to the Group Board of Directors and Chairman of the Group.
